TERMS & CONDITIONS - interior design
Deposit: a deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking and is deducted from the cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable if sessions are cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.
Fees: are outlined on the FEES page and are payable at the end of the project. Payments can be made via BACS or by Debit or Credit card on-site.
Cancellations: Both Your Organised Life and the client have the right to postpone due to unforeseen and emergency circumstances and an alternative date can be arranged. Both parties should provide 48 hours notice if needing to postpone or cancel. If we have commenced work without having a cancellation notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee and/or cancel the contract.
Confidentiality and Privacy: We keep confidential all client information, except in very exceptional and specific circumstances where we are obliged by law to disclose such information. Your Organised Life is registered with the Information Commission and we adhere to data protection regulations to protect your personal information.
Travel Costs: we are able to travel up to a 25 mile radius from Grasby, Lincolnshire free of charge. Trips over 25 miles one way may be charged at 45p per mile.
Purchase of Materials: Your Organised Life will purchase any interior accessories that are less than £100 each however we reserve the right to ask for payment in advance. All larger value items are to be purchased by the client.
Removal of waste: due to UK waste disposal laws, all waste disposal remains the responsibility of the client including the arrangement and payment of any skips.
Safety: it is the client's responsibility to inform us if there are any known structural issues, infestations, dangerous animals, or other hazards within the building that would make working in the space potentially unsafe. We have the right to cease work in spaces deemed as dangerous and reserve the right to charge for the time and expenses incurred.
Handling goods: Your Organised Life carries full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. The client should have sufficient content insurance for handling belongings.
Best Advice: is given in good faith and it is the client's decision to accept guidance.
